Position: Sales Manager for Medical Equipment (International Markets)
Reporting to: Sales Director / Commercial Director
Location: Germany, Düsseldorf
Employment type: Full-time, office-based with possible business trips


Job Purpose
Development of medical equipment sales in international markets (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Middle East, etc.), search and support of distributors and partners, ensuring sales targets are met, and promoting the company’s brand abroad.


Main Responsibilities
• Search for and develop a partner network (distributors, trading companies, hospital chains).
• Prepare and conduct negotiations with international clients.
• Draft and execute commercial offers, contracts, and tender documentation.
• Analyze international markets and identify promising sales opportunities.
• Participate in international exhibitions, conferences, and medical forums.
• Support existing clients: deal management, delivery control, service coordination.
• Maintain sales reporting, forecast volumes and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, technical support, and production departments.

Candidate Requirements

Education:
• Higher education (preferably medical, engineering, business, or economics).


Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in international sales (preferably in medical equipment, pharma, or high-tech equipment).
• Proven track record in negotiations and signing export contracts.


Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of working with international distributors and hospital procurement.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills (markets, pricing, competitors).
• Proficiency in English — mandatory.
• Advanced MS Office, CRM systems, ERP experience is an advantage.
